NewReno can attain good performance against multiple packet loss in the window.	
NewReno does not need Selective ACK.
NewReno requires a modification to only data sender.

NewReno is a bit aggressive scheme rather than Reno.
Reno retransmit packets by either retransmit timeout or 3 duplicate ACK.
