Congestion Tends To Get Worse


If congestion occurs..
Packet transfers are delayed
Packets are discarded
                            ↓
Some protocols/applications try to retransmit data
Users try to transmit same data or request same data again and again
                            ↓
The ratio of valid data is decreasing...
                            ↓
Congestion Corrupt!
We cannot use network!
